With 15+ years experience in the industry, Vicki Lou began in casting while working as a TV researcher. She founded Vicki Lou Casting back in 2013 and has cast for an eclectic variety of projects, across branded content, global ad campaigns and tv commercials, through to music videos and documentary.

Vicki Lou has cast 1000s of people for brands, broadcasters and agencies. She casts actors, models, dancers, real people and talent, and is well versed in both traditional and street casting, with a focus on inclusive talent representation.

In 2021, she co-founded Blueprint Casting Ltd, a UK-based network of casting and story experts. Blueprint’s strength lies in creative casting, story finding and specialist research.

Over the years she has built a large database of talent and a social network of 10k+ followers across her casting platforms, and has worked with big brands such as Sony, Ford, TUI, Monzo & Nintendo.
